Dear customers past and present, Jane and I have been overwhelmed by the huge number of kind comments from you all following our decision to down size and cease the manufacturing of embroidered military badges. We are humbled and thank you all.

Since the closure of our factory, we have been working hard, along with Melanie, to get our offices up and running again here at Scampton.

Although we have downsized, we are still running the business as before and still offer outstanding quality embroidered goods and coffee mugs, together with our usual selection of pin badges, PVC and other products.

💔 Another sad day at Terrane Ltd today, as we closed the doors of our factory for the very last time.

These incredible ladies have spent the last three decades pouring their hard work, skill, and dedication into making your name badges, official crest badges, embroidered T-shirts, personalised mugs, course badges – and so much more in between. They have been the heart of Terrane, and we are truly grateful for everything they’ve given to make our company what it is today. 🙏

Although this chapter has come to a close, Terrane Ltd is moving to new premises where we will continue proudly supplying our civilian and trade customers. We’ll share more details once we’re settled and back up and running.

From all of us here, thank you for your support, loyalty, and kindness as we move forward into the next chapter. ❤️

💔 Today marks a very emotional milestone here at Terrane Ltd — we have produced our very last military name badge.

For 38 years, it has been our greatest honour and privilege to serve the military community, providing name badges to so many dedicated men and women. We are truly humbled by the loyalty and support we’ve received from all of our military customers, past and present.

An Important Update from Terrane Ltd

We’re pleased to share that the military embroidery manufacturing elements of Terrane Ltd have been purchased by Runway25

This is not a decision that we have taken lightly. After 38 years of proudly supporting the military community, it was incredibly important to ensure that this part of the business would be passed on to a team who share our values and commitment.

Terrane Ltd will continue to serve all our civilian and trade customers as usual. This part of the business remains with us, and we look forward to continuing to supply the high-quality embroidered and other licensed products you know and trust.

Over the coming weeks, Runway25 will begin the process of moving the machinery to their new premises — a significant task — and they aim to be fully operational by the start of September. In the meantime, please continue to place all military name badge orders via Terrane, as Runway25 will inherit the order book when the transition is complete. We’ll keep you updated throughout.

We are confident that Tom, Hannah, and everyone at Runway25 will continue to serve our military customers with the same dedication and attention to detail that Terrane has always delivered.

Finally, we want to express our sincere thanks to our loyal and hardworking staff — past and present — who have been the heart of Terrane for nearly four decades. Your dedication has built the foundation of everything we do, and we are truly grateful.
