Pokemon fans, we are now completely out of Pokemon products. The next time that we will have anything available is Saturday 18th July when we release Pitch Black. Speaking of which, there are a few things that it’s worth reminding everyone about.
Firstly, whenever any products are released between main sets (e.g. Chaos Rising and Pitch Black), we keep them off sale until the next main set. For example, even though the First Partner Illustration Collection Series 2 was officially released on Friday 19th June, we will be releasing them on Saturday 18th July.
The second thing worth mentioning is that we have daily limits on how much people can purchase - the limit is 3 booster packs and 1 other item (e.g. Elite Trainer Box, mini tin, etc). We hope that customers will adhere to the spirit of this rule and we reserve the right to refuse a sale if we think that people are trying to get more than their fair share.
Thirdly, when we sell sealed products (such as Elite Trainer Boxes), we will remove the seals from the item at the counter in front of you. This is done to discourage reselling and also means that we can sell you the item at RRP.
We are doing what we can to try and make sure that Pokemon products are available to as many people as possible and don’t just end up on the secondary market at vastly inflated prices.
