We’ve added two Matthews Cotswold Flour products to our range, offering versatile options across both bread and general bakery applications.

🍞 Organic Premium White Flour – ideal for artisan bread, sourdough, pizza dough, buns, flatbreads, white bread and bagels.

🍰 Organic White Flour – a versatile choice for cakes, focaccia, biscuits, shortbread, soda bread and doughnuts.

Both are milled using certified organic wheat, with Matthews supporting organic farming for over 30 years.

👨‍🍳 Yesterday we were delighted to welcome Adam and David from Macphie into the bakery for a team session focused on new products, applications and ideas.

It was a great opportunity for the team to see the products in action, ask questions and build our knowledge so we can better support our customers with practical, application-led advice. 🍰
