👀 WE’VE BEEN A LITTLE QUIET OVER HERE… BUT WE’VE DEFINITELY BEEN BUSY! 🖨️🔥

Starting secondary school 📚 has taken up a LOT of our time lately, but behind the scenes the printers at Flynnz Prynntz have still been working away! 💪🖨️

We’ve got loads of NEW DESIGNZ coming, including some seriously spooky werewolves 🐺🌕, ghost wall hangers 👻 and plenty more!

But check out this very different special Prynnt! 👀👇

A local company recently commissioned us to design and produce a completely bespoke set of heavy-duty pole holders for their 35mm diameter poles. 📐🛠️

Rather than simply finding something online and printing it, these were designed specifically for the job from scratch. 💻➡️🖨️

🔩 The bottom holder features a large, strong base plate with fixing holes, allowing it to be securely bolted into position.

⛺ The top holder needed something a little different! Because an awning sits over the top of the pole, we specifically designed the top with a smooth domed profile so the material can sit over it without catching or snagging. 👌

💪 We also added four substantial reinforcing supports around each pole holder to increase strength and help support the 35mm pole during heavy-duty use.

🌦️ And because these will be used outdoors, material choice was important too! They’ve been printed using a tough outdoor-suitable filament, chosen for improved durability compared with standard PLA.

From 🐉 dragons and 🦖 dinosaurs to 👻 spooky creations and now 🛠️ completely bespoke functional parts…
