💗 WHAT A RELAUNCH DAY! 💗
I honestly don’t quite know where to start other than to say a massive THANK YOU.
Today has been such a successful relaunch day for Handmade By Wendy, and seeing people come through the door, looking around the new-look shop and supporting my little business has meant more to me than I can put into words.
There are some very special people I need to thank for helping make all of this happen.
A huge thank you to Ace Of Paints - Face & Body Painting Ashleighh Charmaine for the absolutely fantastic job on my windows – they look incredible.
To my son Danny Docherty – your skills have completely transformed my shop and helped turn all the ideas in my head into reality. I couldn't be prouder or more grateful. ❤️
To Kay Algar – thank you for all your help, your time and for simply being there when I needed you. You know how much I appreciate you. 💕
And of course, to my wonderful friends, family and customers – thank you for your continued support, encouragement and for sticking with me.
As most of you know, the last seven months have been extremely difficult for me. I've tried to put on a brave face, keep going and be strong, even on the days when I haven't felt particularly strong at all.
But today felt different.
For the first time in quite a while, I feel as though things might finally be looking up. ❤️
I still have LOTS of plans for the future of Handmade By Wendy – you know me, I'm never completely finished! 🤣 Some of those plans will take time, and that's okay.
For now, I'm going to allow myself to stop for a moment, breathe, look at what we've achieved... and most importantly, enjoy coming into work again.
Today wasn't just the relaunch of my shop.
In some ways, it feels like a little bit of a relaunch for me too. 💗

📢 A Little Update From Handmade By Wendy 💜

I wanted to let all my lovely customers know about a small change to my reopening date.

Handmade By Wendy will now be reopening on:

✨ Tuesday 22nd September ✨

The shop will still be closed from Wednesday 9th September, as planned.

I've decided to give myself a little extra time so that I can make sure everything is fully stocked and ready for you all and I don't want to reopen until the shelves are looking just how I want them! 🥰

I know it's a little longer than originally planned, but I promise it will be worth the wait! 💜

Thank you all so much for your continued support, patience and understanding. It honestly means the world to this small business. ❤️
