I’m so excited to wish Leanne and Neil a huge congratulations! What a stunning proposal and a beautiful story behind the ring.

Everything fell into place just perfectly with this custom piece, from the timelines, to the setting, to the stone.. it all happened like it was destined to be that way. Neil had his heart set on a specific colour for his sapphire and we explored a few options before he chose this one. When it arrived I studied it under the microscope as I always do with my stones to ensure they’re perfect for you. As this one was a natural sapphire I discovered a little rainbow inclusion inside the stone.

Personally, I love inclusions and the rainbows are my favourite. Nature’s own little mark left as a legacy inside the stone to show how it was formed over thousands or even millions of years in the earth. But I know some people want an inclusion free stone, so I made sure to point this out to Neil before we went ahead with this one. I got a reply straight away:

“That’s really special as when she lost her mum a couple of years ago she always refers to any rainbows we see as her mum visiting 🙂 they always seem to come at those perfect moments too”

A wedding band for him.

Most of the jewellery I show you here are beautiful engagement rings and gemstones, but I do also make lots of other things too. Mens rings being another of my most requested jewellery items to be custom made. I’ve got a few on the go at the moment and I’m planning a new section on the website to show some of the options available.
