8 stone gone. 6.5lbs more skin & tissue removed this time. And I don’t think it’s properly sunk in yet. 🥹

I returned to in Lithuania for my second round of plastic surgery with the amazing . There is literally nobody else on this earth I would trust more to do this job. ❤️

After what he achieved for me last year, I knew exactly where I wanted to go for round two — this time for my thigh lift and reverse tummy tuck.

And this is me just 8 days post-op.

I’m swollen, bruised, taped together and walking like I’ve got a coat hanger in my knickers 😂 so this is absolutely NOT my final result.

But after losing 8 stone and spending years looking at the loose skin that was left behind, seeing the shape of my body underneath it for the first time is honestly a bit emotional. 🥹

Round two has been HARD.

But bloody hell…

2021-2026. 108lbs, 6 dress sizes ⬇️ 1 round of loose skin removal ✅ and I’m not finished yet 💪🏻 my resolution of 2026 is to finally feel confident in my body and build my strength. Starting with 2 x fencing sessions per week and competitions, sessions to focus on legs and definition, and for round 2 of skin removal in August which will be a thigh lift and a reverse tummy tuck. I’m aiming for 8-10k steps daily and to eat as many whole foods as possible 🤺💪🏻⭐️
