I organised a Flight to Rome for a group of fellow LFC supporters for Euro Final. Kenny was Man of the Match!! I wrote the story of this event...Which one's Kevin Keegan?... It is the 'true' record of our 44 person trip for this final, never been professionally published or performed unfortunately.

Tom Murphy and I had a meeting with Sir Kenny while he was manager of LFC. Tom was prepared to produce a Scuture of him plus small versions for LFC to buy and own. The 'profits' from the sales to go to Charities!! Sir Kenny turned down the offer!He I am sure should reconsider this offer from Tom and myself at that time.!!!!!!!

I met Kevin Keegan a few times while he was playing great football for our Liverpool Football Team. I even bowled him out via lunch 'cricket game' at the warehouse of his friend & 'agent' Vic Huglin son of the Carpet & Flooring Wholesalers Huglin & Son. I was able to remind him of this via a Special Show Kenny performed in Liverpool family recently. Get well soon Kevin.

A dazzling winger, adored by the 1960s Kop, Peter Thompson joined The Reds in 1963 from Preston, and with him and Ian Callaghan on the other wing, Liverpool were always dangerous with crosses from either flank. Bill Shankly's legendary winger was a firm favourite for many (was he yours?) as he went on those mazy runs beating defender after defender. A player idolised by the Spion Kop.

I actually went into business with Peter as Anfield Car Sales based on the Filling Station he set up with his fellow ex. Preston North End football team. Peter was a great player and fairly modest as a person. My Anfield Car Sales venture was not too successful unfortunately.

Front Street, Bermuda in the really good times in the 1960s, our ship The Queen of Bermuda alongside further down Front Street. Hamilton and the hotels in Bermuda packed with, mostly American tourists enjoying a vacation in possibly the most beautiful Island in the world. The College Weeks saw Bermuda loaded with U.S.A. graduated from the top Universities celebrating. Their parents 'Reward' a visit to the British Island, with 'Bobies' slang for policemen! in Bermuda shorts & bobies helmets. These were the great days for the people of Bermuda, now not any more. It has become a 'get away' island for the very, very worlds richest who now owns a large proportion of property that they never or hardly ever even use or visit.
