This week I was feeling a sore throat coming so instead of rushing around, I slowed down and made this warming fruit peel infusion.
Just fruit peels, hot water, time to steep, strained and finished with collagen.
Will it magically cure me? No.
It’s a reminder that looking after yourself matters too.
As someone who is always juggling work, family, flowers, travel and a hundred other things, I’m learning that rest is productive too.
Today’s priority is simple.
Hydrate. Rest. Reset.
