Had some lovely days in Voglio some not so! Thank you as ever for your fantastic support to us as a business & us I won’t bore you with the challenges we are experiencing on the road as it doesn’t deserve the space but all is being sorted! so now we are in March 🥰and it’s Mothers Day a week tomorrow! Time moves so fast this week I’ve had brochures for Christmas 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤣😩!

I arrived this morning feeling like cr.p another cold the gift that keeps on giving 🤦🏻‍♀️
I left feeling so very, very thankful that’s all I had!
My lovely customer for the last maybe 2 years as time goes so fast, I said I love your boots, we started talking, then she explained about her poor feet 🤦🏻‍♀️ we exchanged stories!
We talked about her friend who was poorly, a gift of an Angel keyring, a scarf to keep her warm & lots of gifts for her family & other friends, today as always I asked after her friend, to be told the saddest news her friend passed away at 47 💔 her funeral was yesterday, and then she told me that her friends mum had also passed away 💔
I have no idea how some people cope, sometimes it seems they are dealt the very cruelest of times 💔 when we opened our shop 17 years ago this year I never dreamt we would become friends with so many, share their joys, births, achievements & the very toughest of times. What a privilege however hard for us to hear, it’s even harder for you all to go through, but we’re very blessed you feel you trust us 😘💔❤️

So we wish you a very Merry Christmas from us all in Voglio ❤️🌲😘
This year has been tough both for our business & personally, but as ever your support has been amazing, outstanding & absolutely fabulous ❤️
You supported me when Mike was so poorly at the lowest time in my life, you got me through it as did our wonderful suppliers who we love ❤️ voglio is a family, we’ve lost some very special friends this year which I am absolutely heartbroken 💔
They will always be part of us & me ❤️
So as tough as its been let’s hope for a better & happy healthy new year for us & you all with all my love Xx 😘 fab Christmas Eve in Carlisi Allerton road ❤️

I always try to start with a positive story, but again to lose special people it’s far from positive, this post is for a wonderful man who’s shopped with us for many years, his fab wife Helen & daughter Rachel & her daughter Sophie & their gorgeous dog Bella ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Eric has suffered with ill health for quite a while, it never stopped him coming in whilst struggling with his illness difficult as it was for him, but it never robbed him of his humour ❤️ he was & always will be in our hearts as he sadly passed away last Saturday 💔 I’ve said it before this is the hardest part of our shop because it’s not just a shop with gifts, it’s a bloody gift to me, to the people who matter, who tell me the best of times, the saddest of times & the struggles they are going through, so rest easy Eric I will miss you so very much ❤️we always said if you can’t be good, be careful ❤️well it’s been a privilege to know you & we will look after your gang always 💔❤️ again I am heartbroken 💔

Thought I’d smashed it but now it’s not a husky voice 😂 but a full blown runny crap tissue needed effin cold 🤦🏻‍♀️ kindness as ever from you all but it’s not my best look 😜
However the Vick on my feet an absolute must! These are memories from our gorgeous mates when my precious dad was recovering in the fabulous sedgemore many years ago ❤️ memories of the most wonderful people who were there when we needed them the most ❤️ not Voglio related but a very important time in my life ❤️
