For this month’s Monin Flavour of the Month, we are putting our Monin Strawberry Syrup straight to work. It is wonderfully straightforward to make at home and perfect for a relaxed afternoon.
The Classic Strawberry Daiquiri:
50ml White rum
25ml Fresh lime juice
20ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
A generous scoop of crushed ice
Method: Simply place all the ingredients into a blender, blend until perfectly smooth, and pour into your favourite glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a lime wheel.
The syrup's vibrant flavour brings the perfect fruity sweetness to the drink without ever overpowering the crisp citrus of the fresh lime. It is beautifully balanced and incredibly easy to sip.
