In 2027 I'll be cycling with some wonderful friends from London to Brighton in aid of the British heart foundation.
This delightful single headboard was painted a few years ago as a commission, and has now been kindly given back to me. Rather than prosper from it, I've decided to sell it in aid of the BHF.
If you would like to own it, please message me to place a bid! ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO CHARITY.
Postage is not included, collection from Carmarthenshire area!
This auction will finish on October 7th 2026.
(Please see photos for very slight signs of wear 🙂

With quite a few commissions on my waiting list, I'm closing my order book until further notice. As ever, there is lots going on here between my other job and training, and I can often feel a tad overwhelmed by it all.
So, I'm going to complete my current orders, and re evaluate things in a month or so time.
Orders already placed will be done, I'm just running on slow at the moment 🙄
Thank you for your patience. 🙂🎨

I really love a Jack russel, they hold a place in my heart for sure.
I grew up with them, and have spent more time with one than without.
A little memorial to a loyal friend. Saying goodbye is never easy.

A weekend break away from painting and working at the vets practice, and my first 70.3 (half ironman distance) of 2026.
Always a pleasure to spend time with friends, and be inspired by the strangers you meet along the way.
Triathlon puts everyone on the same start line, no matter what age, gender or size you might be.
You cant help feeling privileged to stand alongside them, knowing they've all put in the hours of training to get there. You just want them all to complete it safely, and to grab that medal with pride. You are extraordinary, be very proud. ._.rowe
