We don’t normally do posts like this on our Wonderland page, but after our lunch today we really wanted to give a little shout-out to another local small business ❤️

Me and Kev popped into the new jacket potato place today and honestly, it was absolutely gorgeous! Just a few doors down from us on Clonmel street.

I had a jacket potato with cheese and crispy onions — and most importantly, PROPER cheese 😂🧀 The lovely stuff that actually melts, not that horrible cheese mix! The potato was perfectly fluffy and I absolutely loved it.

Kev had the chilli and, as most of you know, he was a chef for years… so getting a compliment out of him about someone else’s food is no mean feat 😂 He actually said it was one of the best chillies he’s had!

We visited SpudBros last year, which obviously has all the hype around it, but hand on heart we both enjoyed this more.

But I think what we loved most is that it’s another little family-run business giving it a go in our town. Being a small family business ourselves, we know how much hard work, worry and long hours go on behind the scenes, and how much every single customer matters.

This is EXACTLY the sort of thing we want to see more of in Llandudno — local people supporting local people and great little independent businesses doing well. ❤️

They’ve definitely got two new regulars in me and Kev because I can already see this becoming our Wonderland lunch break treat 😂🥔

So from one little family business to another — massive well done guys. You’re off to a cracking start and we really hope Llandudno gets behind you.
