Okay, so it’s been a little (long) while since I posted on the grid-I’d say I’m sorry for the silence, but I’d be lying!

I’ve spent the most amazing 10 days away with my family, I truly have switched off from socials/work. Usually by about a week, I’m itching to get back to work-but this time around has been totally different. We’ve totally chilled out, enjoyed being outdoors, taking in and enjoying the simple things like picking leaves and rocks with Ffredi, eating ice cream and finding new good coffee spots.

I’m actually planning on an early retirement, moving to Vermont and growing/selling produce at markets. Whilst I’ve travelled to this beautiful for 20 years, Vermont at Fall truly has my heart. I cried a couple of days in because of how beautiful it is here and how happy it makes me being here with my family…Whilst I’m kidding about the early retirement, I will be bringing this slower paced life back to Wales with me. Life feels so chaotic for absolutely everyone; self employed or not, children or not, we’re all just juggling and so busy-and I’ve decided it’s not the life for me that’s for sure.

But anyway, little update, we’re home this weekend, celebrating Ffredi’s birthday + I have a market on Sunday in Porthcawl (slower paced life who? It’ll start on Monday I guess!). More jewellery info over the next few days!
