Based in sunny West Wales, we've been growing, Importing & distributing Organic veg for almost 40 years. With our main emphasis on local growers and seasonality, we keep a wide range of veg and fruit in stock at all times, and offer wholefoods, dairy, meat and vegan alternatives too. We offer a mainly bespoke organic vegetable box delivery service in south Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and West Carmarthenshire. It’s soup season! And school is back with a bang, so we’re kicking it off with the recipe I make every week about 9 months a year with fresh turmeric, ginger and garlic to give us all an immune system boost.
It’s satisfying and creamy and delicious. Normally I’d throw some lemongrass in there, or lime leaves, and you can swap the veg out for courgettes, or leeks or sweet potatoes or essentially anything kicking around the fridge- but you need either a squash or a couple of sweet potatoes to bring it together. Enjoy 😘🍜

Before the rain yesterday Chris and Joe planted the courgettes and made a start on the squashes. It felt good to see the first real field crops of the year get in to the ground, and whilst the rest of the team packed boxes and manned the shop, and met our new trainee grower (!), it was so nice to see one of those yearly cycles begin again.
