What a glorious day at the Loanhead Gala Fayre!

The sun was shining, the pom‑pom troupe were dancing, and the band kept the energy flowing all afternoon.

Loanhead Gala Week kicks off this Sunday!

Join us at the Gala Week Fayre from 1 pm – 4 pm for a brilliant afternoon of community fun.

Pop & Peel will be serving fresh artisan pizzas alongside the Gemini Pom Pom Troupe, Newtongrange Junior Band, vintage cars, stalls, sideshows, and plenty of local entertainment.

We’re planning to be on site from 5pm tomorrow — as long as the wind drops as expected

It’s right on the edge for us just now, but the forecast shows it easing from 4pm, so we’re preparing to go ahead.

We’ll only set up if conditions are safe for the gazebo and ovens.
