🌲 This Week’s Diffuser Blend – Scottish Woodland 🌲

This week in the shop we’re diffusing Scottish Woodland — a fresh, green blend inspired by Scotland’s beautiful forests. 🌿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

💧 3 drops Cypress
🌲 3 drops Douglas Fir
🍋 2 drops Bergamot

It’s fresh, woody and uplifting, with a lovely hint of citrus.

Pop into the shop this week and have a smell for yourself! 💚 If you love it, we can show you the oils we’ve used and how easy it is to recreate at home.

Out of our selection of dried flowers we sell, a solid favourite is our ornamental poppy heads.

Should you be lucky enough to have them in your garden now’s the time for cutting & drying, hang in a ventilated space where they’ll take about two weeks, or if you’re like me, just leave where they are to dry and spread seed naturally.

Should you want to leave in the garden it does come with a risk as rain can cause them to rot 🙄

We love the architectural form they leave in an autumnal border and to combat the sogginess we now sell ceramic poppy head garden steaks to give you the beautiful form throughout winter, covered in frost they’ll give such a pretty addition outside and a little reminder that there beauty in full flouncy form will soon return.

Dried poppy stems partnered with dried lavender & wheat grass just look stunning.

We’re drying just now & look forward to seeing your displays.

🍯 Fresh delivery of Cairn’s Honey has arrived! 🐝

We’re delighted to have a fresh batch of Cairn’s Honey back on our shelves, lovingly produced from the hives at The Linthills.

This season’s honey has a beautiful rich, dark colour, thanks to the bees foraging on ivy and sycamore, creating a wonderfully deep, distinctive flavour.

A true taste of our local countryside, this seasonal honey is always in demand and won’t be around for long.

As we continue with our little changes around the shop we are making good progress with getting all our full ranges on the shelf.

Since we opened anything that aids a peaceful, restful nights sleep has always sold well & now delighted to offer our full “snooze” range. 😴

This includes, lavender & fennel essential oil scented soy candle, essential oils, pulse point roller, pillow spray, bath salts, eye pillow & of course lavender& almond milk soap 😃
