Every design I create begins with a feeling.

An image in my mind of how I want someone to feel, and how I imagine them living in that exact moment. The emotion comes before the design; everything that follows is a natural progression — envisioning the moment in which that garment will be lived into existence.

There is a certain romanticism to it. An idea of what could be, translated into something entirely individual.

This is at the heart of bespoke at Abbie Leach Atelier. A process centred around you, from the first drawings and sourcing of cloth, through pattern cutting and numerous fittings, each decision considered to bring that initial feeling closer to something tangible.

To create something that belongs not simply to an occasion, but to the person wearing it — their character, their individuality, and the way they want to feel when that moment arrives.
