This weekends vanlife trip took us to Oxford for a beautiful wedding.

I (Em) met the Bride whilst solo travelling in Bali 3 years ago, whilst Aaron was studying in America, and I couldn't be happier that we stayed in touch!

Great turn out for such short notice and what an amazing atmosphere. Some of those moves should be illegal! Appearances from the cowboy and the twerk plus lots of thrusting and ass shaking !!

It was so much fun we are already planning one for January!

Su***de is the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. In a ‘man up’ culture it causes men to withhold their feeling and be afraid to talk about what’s on their mind for fear of being told they ‘sound like a girl’.

This might sound familiar to you, it’s something I’ve gone through and left me in a deep dark place. Fortunately that’s long gone now and the times of celebrating those occasional good days is well behind me thanks to my close friends and family who were there when I finally opened up.

It is ok not to be ok, it is ok to whinge and whine about things sometimes.. get it off your chest and don’t take things on all on you’re own, man or woman you’re only human. Find those positive people in your life and surround yourself with them. Have those friends and family members you can chat to when something is bothering you, holding it will be toxic.

Please help us raise awareness of mental health by donating a little bit of cash for our fundraiser! And if you ever need a chat, I’m only a phone call or text message away. Sometimes it helps when it’s someone you don’t see everyday.

Hi guys!!

We decided to set up a page about our fundraising events in the run up to our big Kilimanjaro climb, July 2020!!!

We will be posting different events throughout the year on here. So if you fancy helping us raise some money for our two charities MIND and MARINE CONSERVATION SOCIETY, then keep your eyes peeled for our fundraisers and we hope to see you all getting involved in the fun antics we have coming up soon!!
