As a butcher with us, you’ll have the rare opportunity to see behind the scenes of the meat industry from a more refined viewpoint. Working from any of our locations allows you to work with some of the finest quality meat sourced sustainably from regenerative small British farms, all while upholding traditional butcher’s shop values in a contemporary setting and with tutoring from a few of the nation’s best butchers. Not only will you be able to develop a knowledge and understanding of the meat trade, but there will be plenty of chances to pick up cooking and service skills both in house and with interaction with other businesses with whom we do business including fishmongers, restaurants and bakeries.
The position provides a competitive wage and exclusive perks such as the staff discount in our shop, restaurant and bar. Not only this but there are frequent opportunities to progress through the ranks and establish yourself in a management role .
