At our home in Piccadilly Arcade, we’re privileged to sit amongst an exceptional community of heritage ateliers and distinguished boutiques that have long defined the character of the Arcade.

Among them, our direct neighbour, the award-winning fragrance house is celebrated worldwide for its precision and distinctive creations. Their scents have become the signature of the Arcade, subtly perfuming the space for all who pass through.

This week, Marc-Antoine Barrois has generously gifted fragrance samples for our runners. An elegant way to refresh after a 5k.

We called it The Service.

It was simple……good coffee, done properly, by people who care.

When we opened our next site, we had to leave the name behind.

So we became The Cut.

But nothing else changed.

The same team.
The same standards.
The same SERVICE.

Now, we’re bringing the name back.

Not as something new, but as something that’s always been there.

The Cut is now The Service.
