🌞 Birchmere Park Boot Sale – This Saturday, 1st August! 🌞

The forecast is looking perfect for a boot sale – warm, sunny and comfortable, without being too hot! It's a great day to grab a bargain, clear out your unwanted items, or simply enjoy a morning out.

🕖 Gates open at 7:00am for both buyers and sellers.

☕🍔 Our catering wagon at the entrance will be serving a selection of hot drinks, cold drinks and freshly prepared food, so be sure to stop by for breakfast or refreshments.

🚗 Important information:
Please do not arrive before 6:00am.
Be respectful to our neighbours while queuing to enter and when using the car park.
All rubbish and any unsold or unwanted items must be taken home with you.

We record video footage of the site and make a note of vehicle registration numbers and pitch locations. Anyone found leaving large items behind or fly-tipping will be reported.

Everyone must vacate the site by 2:00pm.

🚻 If you experience any issues during the boot sale, including with the toilets, please report them to the catering wagon and we'll deal with them as quickly as possible.

🚫 Please remember that the following items must not be sold: • To***co products • Alcohol • Counterfeit goods • Weapons

⏰ Gates close sharply at 2:00pm and everyone must be off the premises by this time.

⚠️ Please do not arrive before 6:00am and be respectful to our neighbours while waiting for the gates to open. Keep noise to a minimum.

🚫 No items may be removed from vehicles before 7:00am, including chairs, tables, tarpaulins, rails, or stock.

🗑️ All rubbish and unwanted items must be taken home with you when leaving. Do not leave anything on site.

🚗 Please park considerately in the car park. Do not block other vehicles or park in restricted areas.

❗ Any issues during the event should be reported to the catering van.
