In The Lost Bay RPG, Appendix N is a list of influences but also of items that can be used in-game with crazy bonuses to rolls.
Most of them can be found in the lair of an old Living Saint: a secret room within the post office.

I'm working on a short quickstart for The Lost Bay RPG that could be easily translated in other languages.
French and an Italian versions are on the way, working hard to have at least Spanish and Traditional Chinese ones as well.
