Wowza, what a load of AMAZING Christmas markets coming up over the next few weeks.

We’ve made a little round up of our favourite events, as well as some new ones we’ve seen pop up on our feed, so there’s no excuse not to shop small this December!

As you might have noticed, I’m not organising any events this year for a number of reasons. It’s so important to spread the love of not only small businesses, but also the teams behind these incredible events. A lot of stress, cost, sweat, tears and care goes into planning and putting on markets like this, and I’m a big believer of community over competition. Please go and show your support!

Next Weekend

returns on 11th & 12th May!

Wowowowow, there are tonnes and tonnes of amazing handmade goodies from 250 small businesses on offer. Run by the lovely - you don’t want to miss this one. Everything is online, and you can preview all of the businesses involved via SSF website.

It’s been impossible to choose 9 makers for this post, I may have to do a second one next week. I’m getting anxiety knowing I’m busy on the Saturday, but it’s running on Sunday too, so all is ok!

Hello 👋

How was your weekend? I hope you’re well.

It’s my birthday today and I thought it would be a good opportunity to let you know what’s been going on, as it’s been a while.

Since our last market in March, things have been quite uncertain and disjointed for a number of reasons which I won’t bore you with. I therefore chose to concentrate on my art business which has been somewhat neglected over the last three years; it’s been great to focus on creativity and commissions again. I’m working towards Christmas at my own speed, adding to my drawing list and trading at a few Christmas Markets.

Thank you for those that have reached out and queried when our next events will be. I won’t be organising anything for the rest of the year but please take a look at these amazing platforms and put their event dates in your diary:
