the most important lesson for a small biz owner in the antique and vintage space

it’s crowded. it’s hard work. it’s longggggg.

but if it’s your dream life that you are building, you have to be prepared to put the work in and 99.9% of the time, lack of consistency is what breaks businesses down

we popped up in Chiswick for the Lazy Flea on Sunday and again at Sunbury Antiques Market on Tuesday for our last of the Summer fairs and my goodness, what a summer it has been!!

we are now taking an end of summer break and will be back on the 14th September for Drumsheds Flea in London.

until then, expect some fun antique shopping adventures in Canada 🍁 🇨🇦

I’m an antiques dealer

these are some things that I sourced…

a pair of Mid-Century Tiroler chairs by Cepelia and an epic solid travertine dining table from Italy

two European hand forged wrought iron soliflore vases with hand blown trumpet glass inserts, oh and did I mention these are xxl

a tonne of classic English natural pine shelving that were used for styling props and are now ready for new homes (the bottom one is now sold)

we’ve always had a thing for anything wrought iron and anything brutalist, then this came along…..

this totally unique and special hand carved masala dabba

the most stunning mid 19th century terracotta Turkish amphora vessel
