1. My daughter liked my Ninja air fryer, and I thought I would buy one for her and my son in law for Yuletide. However when we were looking around both of them plumped for the Tower TI7021 family size. There are only two of them, but liked the space capacity as it is quite big, and easily be workable for a family of four.
When I purchased the air fryer beginning of October I got a really good price £55.55 and used my vouchers so got a good deal. However the price has increased possibly because of the air fryer trend currently, so now at review the Tower went up to £69.99, then reduced currently at review £64.00. Even though the prices fluctuate, compared to what price I paid for my Ninja, this one looks just as good, the shape is more curvy than mine, but this one does look interesting.
2. I caught my elderly husband making home made chips in 4 inches of oil in a frying pan ugh!! Sarah Vine, the journalist, spoke in her column about getting an air fryer and how amazing it was. Therefore, I decided to get one for my husband before he sets the kitchen alight. When I said I was making his chips in this ‘new contraption’, he wasn’t impressed at all. I put his dinner on the table; he grunted and then began eating. I asked his opinion and he said the chips were ‘excellent, very good and just like home made chips’.
