I’ve currently been in a slight hermit mode as I have a double market this coming weekend…. And I am NOT a freaking out…. I was panicking maybe last week but then I made these mobiles and I’m feeling much better!
So how will I be in 2 places at once- I bribed my cousins to help me!
Saturday - I’ll be at Our Stokey Market and they will be covering my Groundwork Flower Market stall.
Sunday - I’ll take over my cousins Groundwork Flower Market

I have some fun stall ideas to play with, and yes don’t worry N A T A L I J A 🐝 and Hannah Mitchell I will give you the low down before I send you off to the market!

And these mobiles will be in London this weekend.
I have another batch planned for the kiln next week- and those will be for the online shop in a couple of weeks.

Yep making boxes- all my boxes have had a natural dye bath, this batch is in purple cabbage and then I build the box and paint a little drawing on them! It turns into a little meditation for me… or a sort of ritual.

Big thanks to Wolf & Gypsy Vintage Bug Clothing SACRO SANCT for inviting me to their 3 week adventure, And for always sharing my work- And looking after the space over long days in an intense heatwave!
And thankyou to everyone who brought some glass beads, it was so amazing to see where they all end up. 📿

It’s been harder to get back to a routine, after my trip around the country. But sheer panic has set in as I have just over 2 weeks before my first double market weekend is about to happen!
Orders has been slowly coming in and send out, I’ve made hundreds of Terre-mere beads this week, so I should be posting online some necklace and earrings in the next few days.

I’ve Returned from the West Country, Bristol as always was a fun 48 hours. It’s probably more my age but it’s no longer a place for hedonistic house parties, or raves but more coffee, cake, art galleries, 4 hour face masks, and a cheeky G&T on the harbour…. And I loved it!
The Johnathan Baldock show at the Arnolfini was so good!!! I went twice to have a look, and then blew my budget in their book shop.
Bristol Museum has a heart wrenching show showing Palestinian Artists…. Free Palestine. 🇵🇸 ❤️
And the rest was walking talking and laughing, a true escape from my everyday.
But I’m back in the studio pulling beads out of the kiln and making up orders. Also pulling together a few new ideas!!!!
So for now I’ll be back on the torch!
