One question we get is 'How high should I start the lights?'

Start low, keep it as close to the seed as possible, and only raise your lights as your plants grow.

Keeping the light too high means you'll end up with leggy, weak plants.

It's a small tweak with a big difference in growth and yield 🌿🌱
