Designing one of fashion’s biggest nights ✨

For the third year running, we were trusted by ELLE UK to design the florals for the ELLE Style Awards, an evening celebrating the names shaping fashion, film, music and culture as London Fashion Week begins.

This year, we designed across The MAINE Mayfair, dressing The Brasserie from its tables to the stage, framing the press wall in the Palm Room, and finishing the terrace bar in statement florals.

Working in ELLE’s monochrome palette, white statement flowers met darker sculptural details, for a look as chic and glamorous as the night itself.

Every seasonal collection begins long before the flowers reach our studio - with inspiration from travel, fashion, nature, colour and the moments people are celebrating.

From there, it’s about sourcing the best seasonal stems, refining every detail and making sure each bouquet feels unmistakably Amaranté. Nothing leaves our studio until it looks impeccable.

We don’t just make bouquets. We create beauty.

In 2018, Kay saw an opportunity to rethink the way we experience flowers and Amarante began with that idea.

Starting with our signature Infinity Roses, the brand has since evolved into a floral design house creating considered experiences across weddings, intimate celebrations, and collaborations with some of the world’s leading brands.

What began with a passion for flowers has grown into a world of design, creativity and experiences, all shaped by Kay’s decision to follow a path of her own.

“More than 55 million people live with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia.”

For mccglc at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference, we created a suspended floral sculpture rooted in colour, movement and connection.

Guests were invited to add their own stems, turning the piece into a shared sensory experience that grew throughout the event.

A reminder that small contributions can become part of something much bigger.

An immersive hanging floral installation for AAIC 2026 at ExCeL London ✨

We designed this experience using sustainable, preserved and dried flowers, layering soft pinks, purples, yellow and blue Delphinium with Gypsophila and Helichrysum for texture and movement.

The goal was simple: to create a moment where people could step into the space, connect with it and leave feeling uplifted.

Guests were invited to choose their own stems and add them to the artwork, allowing the installation to grow and change throughout the event.

PART 2, Bringing the piece to life.

Designed for at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference 2026, this five-metre hanging floral installation invited guests to step inside the experience and become part of the work itself.

Inspired by the journey of living with Alzheimer’s, the sculpture was created to reflect colour, connection and the continued potential of life after diagnosis.

Throughout the event, guests chose their own stems and added them to the installation, allowing the piece to grow over time.

A reminder that every contribution, no matter how small, can become part of something bigger.

PART 1, The Brief

It all starts with the client brief, followed by sampling, few changes and, finally, approval.

For AAIC 2026 at ExCeL London, we designed a hanging floral installation that guests could interact with and add their own stem to.

The idea was to create something guests could interact with, while giving them a chance to add their own touch.

From there, it was time to turn the idea into a design.
