July has always been a special month for me. 🤍

Today is my birthday🎂

This year also marks 10 years since I began my journey in the UK.

10 years ago, I never imagined that one day I would have my own Rita’s bakery, serving freshly baked bread, cakes, coffee and Taiwanese food to our local community. The journey hasn’t always been easy.

There were moments of uncertainty, long days, early mornings, and many challenges along the way.

But every smile from a customer, every familiar face returning to our shop, and every word of encouragement reminded me why I started.

Looking back today, I’m proud—not because everything has been perfect, but because I never gave up.

Thank you to my family, my husband, our amazing team, every customer and every friend who has supported Rita’s Bakery over the past 10 years.

I simply hope to keep doing what I love, sharing good coffee, fresh bread and a little taste of Taiwan with more people.
Thank you for walking this journey with me.

七月，對我來說，一直都是一個很特別的月份。🤍

因為今天，是我的生日
也讓自己好好休息放一天假

回頭看看這一路走來的自己
今年，對我來說更有著特別的意義，不知不覺，我來到英國，也踏上創業這條路，已經十幾年了。

十年前的我，從來沒有想過，有一天會在英國擁有屬於自己的 Rita’s Bakery

每天做著自己喜歡的麵包、蛋糕、咖啡，還有把台灣的味道分享給更多人

這十年，有很多歡笑，也有很多不容易，有過迷惘有過挫折，也有過想放棄的時候。

但每一天清晨，看著麵包出爐；每一次看到熟悉的客人再次推開店門；每一句「很好吃」、「謝謝你」，都讓我知道，當初的堅持是值得的。

今天回頭看，我最驕傲的，不是開了幾家店，而是這十年裡，我沒有放棄。

謝謝我的家人、我的先生、一路陪伴我的夥伴，也謝謝每一位支持 Rita’s Bakery 的客人。

因為有你們，才有今天的 Rita’s Bakery。

今天，我又多一歲了
我沒有許下很大的願望。

只希望未來的每一天，依然能做著自己喜歡的事情，烤著喜歡的麵包、沖著喜歡的咖啡，把台灣的味道，分享給更多人，謝謝你們，一直陪著我。 祝我生日快樂🎂

為期兩天的端午市集圓滿結束了，衷心感謝每一位來到 Rita’s Bakery 攤位的朋友。
無論是購買粽子、麵包、茶飲，還是特地來和我們打招呼、聊聊天，我們都非常感謝大家的支持與鼓勵。
這兩天見到了許多老朋友，也認識了不少新朋友，每一次交流都讓我們更加有動力把手作麵包與台灣味分享給更多人。

卻不一定認識我。
我是 Rita，來自台灣。

轉眼間，來到英國已經很多年了。
從最初來到陌生的環境，到一步一步建立自己的烘焙店，每一天都充滿挑戰，也充滿感謝。
經營一家小店並不容易，有忙碌的時候，也有疲憊的時候。但最讓我開心的，始終是認識了許多來自不同地方的朋友和客人。

有些人成為了常客，
有些人成為了朋友，
有些甚至像家人一樣，一路支持著我們。
這張照片記錄了一個平凡卻溫暖的時刻。
也是我最珍惜的部分。
