This is a 5-trumpet Victorian table epergne (centerpiece), made by Israel Sigmund Greenberg & Co around 1890–1910.
The firm was registered in 1884 at Frederick Street, Birmingham, before moving to Vyse Street in 1889. In 1909, the business transitioned into a limited liability company, known as I.S. Greenberg & Co Ltd.

Having all five delicate glass trumpets survive intact over a century is exceptionally rare.

This style is often referred to as an "organic" or "wirework" bridge stand. Instead of being heavy and cast, it uses elegant, flowing curves characteristic of late-Victorian and Art Nouveau design.

The trumpets feature a marigold-tinted iridescent finish with ruffled, crimped rims. This treatment gives the glass a beautiful, metallic pearl glow that catches light dramatically. The glass inserts themselves were likely sourced by Greenberg from a notable English glasshouse of the era, such as Thomas Webb or Stevens & Williams of Stourbridge.

A pair of scalloped-base featuring fluted detailing candlesticks (31cm tall) and matching three-light candelabra (41cm tall).

Made by Barker-Ellis Silver Co. (formerly Barker Brothers of Birmingham, England).
The scallop shell symbol was introduced and registered around 1912 alongside their famous menorah trademark.
This mark denotes silver-plated ware rather than solid sterling silver (which would feature standard assay office and lion passant hallmarks).

Pieces carrying this specific shell mark typically date from the first half of the 20th century (c. 1912 to the 1940s). Look on the opposite side of the base; you will likely find an "ENGLAND" or "Made in England" stamp.

I have not replated these as their current condition is very good. There are signs of copper showing through on a few of the edges, which I find typical for their age and it adds to their maturity.
