The boxes from our trip to Copenhagen have landed, and the first load is now out in the shop. Around 150 LPs just out, soul, jazz, prog, world and more 🤩

This stuff is mostly moderately priced, with plenty of heat in the £20-40 range. In addition, we’ve put out another 100 or so hip hop records from last week’s collection including tonnes of lovely clean picture sleeve 12”. And to top it off we’ve restocked our entire LPs and 12s cheap bins. Something for everyone this week 🙌

Reminder that tomorrow we’ve got with an amazing all female lineup of DJs playing in the shop from 2-9pm! Do you need any more reasons to spend your Saturday at Rook?!

We just bought an absolute top tier 90s hip hop collection 🙌 The stuff in the pics is now out in the shop, along with as many more as we can process today (plus more going out tomorrow)…

This is all super clean, in shrink, with hypes (and yes that is the version of Do******le with the uncleared Isaac Hayes sample on it!) 😎

The collection is 1500 pieces all in, with around 200 LPs and the rest being classic 12s (including the first ever Wu Tang single among many other gems) 💎

We’ll try and process most of this in the next week or two so drop by anytime and our hip hop racks will be STOCKED!

Rook Records 10th birthday is upon us! Due to the excellent weather forecasted for tomorrow, we’re bringing the party outside onto the terrace at and will now be starting an hour earlier at 7pm! ☀️

Come by for an after work drink and some food in the sun! And stay for a dance indoors from 10pm until 2am 💃

Tickets on RA 🎟️
