🟣 Lovely lavender… 🟣

Used in both the relax and sleep candle lavender is known for its calming and soothing properties in turn it’s scent helps to relieve stress and anxiety … it’s bright purple flowers are also beautiful and starting to appear everywhere on my street!

💤 try to sleep it off 💤

I truly believe in the power of a good nights sleep.

If the last 24 hours have left you feeling anxious or worried, then that’s totally ok… I can guarantee you that you’re not the only one… try to get a good nights sleep… if you wake up feeling rested then the likelihood is you’ll be better prepared to deal with what tomorrow throws at you…

Here’s my top tips
1. No screen time 1 hour before bedtime
2. Don’t lie in bed trying to fall asleep - if you’re not asleep in 25 mins then get up, read a book, redo your evening routine - do not turn on the TV or scroll through your phone!
3. Light a candle (I’m biased but recommend our ) that is designed to help send you off into a deep slumber
