You may or may not have heard that this week is Mental Health Awareness Week. A week that is ALWAYS necessary but particularly important during these odd times.

MHAW is a time when we can all take the opportunity to talk openly about the state of our mental health and our journeys in healing them!

I’m personally on a mission where every week is MHAW and even the people that dont give sh*t end up knowing how I believe everyone should be in therapy and how medication can change your life ✨ (if that’s what is right for you of course)

Lets talk! This past 14 months have been bloody DIFFICULT to put it lightly! How are you? How have you kept going?

Over the past year I’ve spent a lot of time reconnecting with nature. Plants have been essential for me to stay grounded and to reduce my anxiety

If possible take a moment out today to sit with yourself and be proud of how far you’ve come

You’re not alone ❤️

🌱Caladiums🌱

At the end of last year we bought some caladium tubers which my lovely mum planted and they’ve been growing into these gorgeous plants.

When they are slightly more established they will be ready to sell on our website!

I might have to let her keep one or two 🥰

Spring is finally here! I don’t know one person that doesn't love spring, especially in the plant world! It’s when we start to get new leaves and our plants are a lot happier 🥰

It’s the perfect time to begin propagating and re-potting your plants that might be out growing their pots. Spring is also a great time to start using feed when watering your plant babies. We highly recommend (Not an ad we genuinely love the product! 🎉)

Perhaps we should do a video with tips for repotting plants? What do you think!?

This is me… perhaps ‘over dressed’ for a delivery day but that's what I do 😎

I LOVE our delivery days! We currently deliver everything ourselves via a car share system. It means we get to meet most of our customers face to face and offer help and tips regarding their plant right there and then on their doorstep!

We will continue to deliver everything ourselves to London postcodes… but we will be expanding to UK mainland delivery very soon! Using an eco friendly next day delivery service. Watch this space...
