Has it triggered me. Hell yes!

Have a sat in a room of “culturally” seen stunning women in workout classes and thought. “ Gosh I have work to do.” Yes!

Do I want this inner dialogue to control how I love my body. No!!

Coz these thoughts are not loving. 🥹 They are a contrast to how I should be loving myself.

In my awareness and my consciousness of doing it. My brain snaps back.

Be nice! Stop comparing!! Be grateful for all the amazing things my body gets to do.

A reminder that you are strong! Resilient! Healthy! Nobody will remember your body when you die. You are changing your mindset and it’s a 2 steps forward and 1 step back process for growth..

Slay republic is for the girlies who feel the same. The reminder we need to keep on the journey of self love. Self compassion and unwavering self confidence.
