It’s marathon time again!
Shop-owner and the fastest man in the shop Charlie Chandler is heading out to Dublin to run in support of the teddington lifeboat station.

In his own words:
«On visiting the local Teddington RNLI station, I was made aware of the needs and demands that the Thames creates, be it sorting out poorly maintained small boats in difficulty or search and rescue of anyone in the water for whatever reason.

«Finally, and not least , I’m running for the RNLI in memory of my step Mum, Marjorie ‘Min’ Chandler a truly benevolent lady to all ,especially the children she taught over her 40+ years career and the three stepsons she acquired and loved upon marrying my dad.

«She always had a way to navigate anything life threw at her … she was a lifelong supporter of the RNLI, never missing a monthly donation.»
