Paride D’Angelo Montepulciano D’Abruzzo is an Italian red wine of 13.5% ABV. This Organic Montepulciano D’Abruzzo is ruby lit with purple youth notes.

It provides an intense flavours, characterised by an elegant softness, nice notes of freshness, velvety tannins and a long and fruity finish. Light fragrance of sea and marasca relative to the notes of rose rosse and tabacco.

Food pairing: Serve at 16-18°C as an aperitif and with pasta dishes and meat, cold cuts and cheeses. Certified organic viticulture with low sulphite content.

Montepulciano D’Abruzzo red wine is produced by the Paride D’Angelo winery. This Italian company is based in Pianella in the province of Pescara and it’s an ICEA-certified organic farm.

Green pruning, no tilling of the soil, natural fertilisation, spontaneous fermentation and the abolition of all chemical elements are the pillars on which the company’s work is based to produce quality wines.

The Château Rocher Corbin Les Promesses is a red wine with a beautiful colour and a delicate nose of fresh, light red fruit such as berries, raspberry and blackcurrant.

This wine is 100% Merlot and was made of young vines (15 to 25-year-old vines) using a copper or sulfur-based treatments only.

It was also manually harvested and put at low temperature maceration and long fermentation (1/2 in concrete tanks and 1/2 in oak barrel).
