It’s been a while since I last posted. Just been busy and The Last Egg has taken a bit of a back seat. I met up with friends on Friday and we are all at different stages of the perimenopause/menopause (between 47 and 65 years). It really helps to talk to others going through it and realising your symptoms are ‘normal’ and you are not turning into a crazy lady 🤪
