My dream guitar, the Hofner Committee. 1959. Lefty converted to right hand by me finding the proper tailpiece. It does need a good going over with the neck reset should someone want to use it professionally, but I don't play much up the fret board so I can enjoy it all the same.
The other shot is just an interesting view of a bit of our sitting room.

This is a one and only prototype done by a well known maker of quality instruments. Remeber that Stradivari was Italian. Lovely to play especially with flat wound strings.

These old 60s and 70s guitars were made in Japan are made well enough to warrant a modern upgrade. To bad this is the ugliest one I have ever seen. It's all in the lighting as the cover is some sort of glitter enfused plastic. Under coloured lights it looks better. Plays great but electrics tired.

I liked the look of this modern resonator. Made in Canada. I do have a soft spot for good bluegrass. Fun to play.

"Rosetti" by Hoyer, W. Germany. Early 50s? This one came in a coffin case of heavy construction so is in surprisingly good condition Considering the wear on the frets. I put a set of flat wound strings on it and will look around for a suitable pick to fit on it. Maybe. Right now it is great to use to relearn how to play.

A late 50s English answer to the very dear American electrics. This one is in near show room condition and working great. The case is from the mid-60s. I know this cuz the guy who sold it to me travelled all over europe in the 60s and 70s.
