Camden Cycles We are London’s specialist in second-hand bicycles, offering the largest collection in the city. We are proud to be the only GREEN Bicycle Shop in London.

From kids’ bikes to mountain, road, and city bikes, we provide quality, expert advice, and servicing to keep every ride smooth and safe. Camden Cycles is the result of extensive hard work dedication and market research. Our role is to recycle everything possible and try to save resources for this naturally green world by cycling and by Green Recycling. We deal in second hand/reconditioned bicycles which are fully serviced and come with one month free service period and two weeks exchange without losing any value. We welcome part exchange whatever the condition, and will buy bicycles and parts for cash.

The tiny European country 3 hours from UK with 25C weather in October

A tiny European island nation that is just three hours from the UK has 25C

temperatures in October, proving to be an ideal location for winter sun chasers. The

UK experienced a record-breaking summer of heat and sunshine in 2026. While it

was uncomfortable for many, some are already missing the warm, sunny days we

grew so used to over the summer months in Britain. For the latter among us, there

are spots in Europe where they can experience temperatures much higher than

those we are experiencing in the UK in October. Malta is one of Europe's smallest

countries, but it has proven to be a popular country for tourists over the last couple

of decades.

Located in the Mediterranean between Italy and Tunisia, Malta is known for its

beaches, food, history and architecture. And its capital, Valletta, has the highest

average temperatures in Europe in October.

The city experiences temperatures of around 25C in October, according to the

travel platform Omio, which analyses weather data for all European capitals. It

ranks capitals by the highest temperatures in October, with Valletta coming out on

top.

Colnago’s versatile off-road speed machine gets an overhaul, with new geometry

and carbon layup schedule

The G5-X is Colnago’s third-generation gravel bike. It follows the G3-X, which

Colnago admittedly described as a cyclocross bike with gravel leanings, and the

G4-X, which Colnago athlete Piotr Havik road to victory at this year's Badlands

gravel race in a record-breaking 36 hours and 15 minutes.

Despite the bike's success, Colnago’s design team, headed up by Davide Fumagalli,

knew the G4-X needed an update. Gravel bike geometry has been moving at a

pace, and not only with the current trend for ever-wider tyres. Plus, there are

reater demands for comfort, handling and even aerodynamics.

UK weather: Polar air to hit Britain from Tuesday 6th October as temperatures plunge next week

The UK is heading towards a dramatic weather reversal after several days of

unusually warm conditions. Sunshine and above-average temperatures will

dominate for now, but the latest forecast hints at a much colder and more

unsettled pattern waiting just around the corner.

Friday will remain warmer than average for much of the UK, despite a marked

north-west/south-east split. While Scotland and Northern Ireland see rain and

strong winds, southern areas can expect some pleasant sunshine.

Temperatures will continue to sit several degrees above the average for this time of

year in parts of the south. Typical early-October daytime highs are around 14-17°C

in Scotland and 16-18°C across much of England and Wales, depending on location.
