I’ve known Jennifer Earle since the earliest days of working in chocolate, and am really excited to be joining her to celebrate 20 years of Chocolate Tours with this chocolate event at Big Penny in Walthamstow. There will be a chocolate market, tastings and activities.

I’ll be there with a selection of hot chocolate, chocolates and brownies including a few bits I haven’t sold in public since the shop. There's a massive list of incredible makers I'm excited to join. Hope to see you there!

Little Glastonbury photo dump

Highlights: I didn't forget anything important and nothing major broke 😄 (except an extension cable but I had spare)

Also.. the stall did well, we sold all the cakes, and had some fun. Lovely seeing regular customers from previous years as well as new. And managed to get out and see some bands and friends. 😅🦄🪩🍫

I started out ready to make a small batch of my usual salted-caramel hearts for Valentine's. But I was feeling spontaneous and have ended up with a new rose-cardamom fudge filling instead. It's so yummy and I hope I can recreate it for another batch! It will be on my website shortly.

I started making chocolate nut butter cups again 6 weeks ago after the summer break. I hadn't got around to announcing it anywhere, but plenty of you have been finding and buying them anyway and I'm a few batches in, so thanks!

I've got some new card dividers for the boxes to help protect them in the post, tbh they're a faff to put together but better than plastic so hope they are appreciated 😉

Back in the kitchen after a summer of festivals and a little bit of actual time off. ☀️

Last weekend at , our first time at the festival and definitely a new favourite.

Aside from being a great party, we loved all the sustainability initiatives and the opportunity to try them out. We tried out different methods of labelling cups, practiced contactless latte art, and made drinks in some inventive receptacles! All proving that it is possible to ban disposable cups on a large scale 💚

Also a big fan of the fresh oat milk in refillable containers.

So busy at Glastonbury I didn't manage to take any stall photos! I have one taken by a friend in the queue, which went around the corner so we couldn't see the end - I just know on Sunday it was 12 hours long 😅

Also check out the view of the pyramid stage we could just see if we leant out over the cakes and soundtracked the weekend. And still managed to get out and see a bit of the festival!

We used around 200kg of ice, ran out of cakes and the coffee just about lasted until midday monday.

Hello! Just popping in as I've been away from social media - and actually away for a bit. With my new way of working I've managed to go on a proper holiday and do some other things for the first time in a long time. While still having my wholesale orders being sent out. This is a pic of my desk for a day and some of a recent trip (had to include the on-brand pink 🌺).
