Happy New year, I think it’s still ok to say that to people you haven’t seen in a while. I am back although I still haven’t reached the end of my emails and have just checked that everything is still alive.
I feel so lucky that I get to go away away for Christmas and new year. Although the journey there and back is always epic it is very restful when we are there. I seem to have only taken photos of sunsets and the view from my bedroom window.

Winter light.
What a morning to wake up to in west Cork.
We headed west yesterday.
I love this time of year, slowing down and enjoying the late mornings and darkness.
