✨ CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT ✨

We love seeing the beautiful things our customers create with our fabrics! 💛

Tina recently stopped by and picked up a mix of our free fabric scraps and a few vintage fabric cuts to create this gorgeous bunting for her baby shower. 🎀✨

Here’s what Tina had to say:

💬 “I recently stopped by and picked up a mix of the free fabric scraps and bought a few vintage fabric cuts to make some bunting for my baby shower. I’m planning to keep them for every future special occasion, they added such a beautiful pop of colour and joy to the party. Had a lot of compliments.”

We absolutely love that the bunting will be enjoyed for years to come and brought out for future special occasions. 🥰 What a wonderful way to give beautiful fabrics a new life!

Have you made something with our fabrics? We’d LOVE to see it! 📸

Tag us in your photos or send them our way — you could be featured in our next Customer Spotlight! 💕

🔗 Supporting local, reusing what’s already here ♻️

We recently needed a few washers and hooks for a chain barrier across the stairs at our warehouse, so rather than looking further afield, we popped to our local hardware shop, W.P. Wakefield in Leyton.

Wakefield is a family-run local business, and we love supporting businesses in our community whenever we can. Shopping locally helps us support the local economy, build connections and keep our spending closer to home. 💚

But there was another little detail we loved… 👀

Our purchases were wrapped in old newspapers! 📰

Wakefield have been reusing old newspaper to wrap their products since they first opened, giving something that might otherwise be thrown away another use.

As an environmental charity, reuse is at the heart of what we do at FRP, so we were delighted to see this simple, practical example of reuse happening right on our doorstep.

It might just be a few washers and hooks, but we think these small choices add up.

Shop local. Reuse where you can. Support your community. 🌱

🔍CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT - A little yellow living room inspiration 💛🎨

Daisy gave her living room a gorgeous new look using paint from Forest Recycling Project — and we’re here for it!

Why buy brand-new paint when you can find great quality, perfectly usable paint at FRP for less money and with less environmental impact? 🌱♻️

Our reclaimed paint is rescued from going to waste and given another chance to brighten up your homes, furniture and creative projects.

As Daisy says:

“Found this stunning Lick paint for my living room which was so much more affordable and better for the planet than buying new.”
