Summer Holidays are the perfect time to introduce friends and family to the worlds of warhammer and complete your hobby projects. All of this is improved by getting involved in our summer campaign - THE WAR FOR ARMAGEDDON taking place Saturday 25th of July until Sunday 5th of September.

As Ghazghull Thraka’s Ork Waagh clashes with the Imperial Forces lead by Commissar Yarrick YOU are invited to bolster these forces by recruiting friends to join and completing activities with us in store, all of this earns points which you can commit to either faction hopefully leading to victory across 5 ‘theatres of war’ UK wide!

The ways you can earn points for your chosen faction are:

Introductory Activity - Come in and try warhammer out for the first time, building, painting and playing with us in store and get started with a kit of your very own.

Call to Arms! - Bring your friends and family in for an introductory activity and not only gain points but also a pin badge, gaming dashboard or brush stand based on how many of your friends get started.

Taking part in a Warhammer Alliance activity - Speak to your club leader about organising a first contact experience, wrecking crew or monster hunt session.

Battle Honors - Take part in an in store activity towards earning a battle honors stamp (Perhaps while your friends are being introduced)

Try Something New - Book in to explore a new game type or hobby skill with us in store.

Earn a Million Model Challenge reward - Earn these rewards by showing us that you have painted 25, 50 or 100 models this year.

Combat Patrol Painting Celebration - Join us in store for one of the combat patrol events listed below (and announced in the future), or show us your completed combat patrol project from this summer, earning some ‘million model challenge’ rewards, with a combat patrol celebration day on Sunday 5th of September.

THE FIRST FEW EVENT DAYS ARE:

Monday 27th - Bring a friend monday

Perfect chance to bring new people into the hobby through an introductory experience, and discover something new for yourself through a battle honors activity while they do so!

Tuesday 28th - Combat Patrol building

Come in with a combat patrol or spearhead or pick one out on the day and get building straight away in the store!

Wednesday 29th - Combat Patrol painting

Bring some of your combat patrol or spearhead into the store built and ready to paint, make a plan with us and start that painting progress!

Thursday 30th - Combat Patrol learn to play

Come equipped with a unit or two of your combat patrol and learn the basics of combat patrol gameplay with us. (please bring your faction’s codex or a device with the warhammer 40,000 app installed)

Come by on these days or call in ahead to lock in a specific time :)

Summer is best spent with friends, especially playing Warhammer together just like this Nurgling and Gryph-Hound. Throughout the summer we'll be extending Call to Arms, where you can earn rewards for introducing friends to the worlds of Warhammer.

To earn the rewards bring your friends or family that don't do Warhammer yet for an introductory activity in store and if they get started you earn stamps on our tracker cards and in your Battle Honours magazine.

While you're here you can also engage in various store activities we're planning which we'll be sharing more about in the coming days so keep your eyes on this page!

You can help decide the fate of Hive Death Mire in this global battle event by recording the results of your games! You don't need Warhammer 40,000 Armageddon to engage in the campaign but you will be dedicating your win to either the Orks or the Space Marines.

Exciting times in the world of 40k!

Armageddon is out SO SOON!

In fact it will be available for pre-order from 10am on the 6th of June (This Saturday).

Remember, the in store terminals for placing pre-orders skip the digital que, so pop by the store on Saturday morning as we open to increase your chance of placing a pre-order before they sell out!

The Armageddon box will release on Saturday the 20th of June and if you miss out on pre-order we will have limited stock available in store on the day.

We have an update on the availability of the premium edition of Dan Abnett’s latest novel, Hive.

We’ve received a lot of feedback about the special edition only being available in select Warhammer stores, and know many of you were worried that you would miss out on getting a copy.

We’ve heard your concerns, and have decided to cancel the in-store release of the special edition this weekend.

Instead, we’ll be making two versions of the book available on a print-on-demand basis from this Saturday. Both will be up for order on Warhammer.com for a limited time only.

Hive premium edition

The premium edition features two volumes with unique cover artwork, blood-red page edges and red ribbon bookmarks in a decorative slipcase.*

We’re also making the regular hardback edition of the book available again. This version consists of two volumes in a slipcase.

You will be able to order your copies from Saturday 30 May until 8am UK-time on Friday 5 June, and you’ll be guaranteed a copy.

Hive hardback edition

Because we’ll be printing these books based on demand, production and delivery can take up to 180 days.

This change means that copies of the premium edition book will no longer be available in Warhammer stores this weekend as previously advertised. Of course, you can still go into your local store and order through their terminal!

* Note that unlike the previously announced version, this premium edition will not be individually numbered or signed by the author.

Half Term is fast approaching, and with that time away from school this is a great time to jump in and book some in-store activities with us and complete any stamps in your Battle Honours!

The worlds of Ultramar are in disarray. Primarch Robute Guilliman has ordered his forces on a campaign of reunification, to pry the ancestral domains back from the forces of the Xenos and the Heretic.

On Monday 16/02/26 you’ll be building your new Combat Patrols in the morning to take part in a Combat Patrol game in the afternoon. Will you help defend the second home of the Imperium, or engage in all out assault of the world?

You must book in this activity with us, to get involved you’ll need an unbuilt Combat Patrol, the tools to build it, and your army’s codex for the rules for the game later on. To book in, or ask any questions if you’re uncertain of what you’ll need, call us in store or message us on Facebook.
