🍫πŸ₯œ No Added Sugar Healthy Peanut Butter Date Bars! ✨

🀎 NO-BAKE, NO-ADDED-SUGAR treat that’s as delicious as it is nutritious! 🌱✨

Ingredients:
πŸ“Œ 400g Medjool dates (pitted)
πŸ“Œ 1 bar Diablo no added sugar dark chocolate
πŸ“Œ 1 tsp coconut oil
πŸ“Œ 200g Diablo no added sugar crunchy peanut butter
πŸ“Œ Crushed peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)
πŸ“Œ Sea salt (optional, for finishing)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Date Base:

Remove the pits from the dates and lay them open on a tray.
Stick them together from the sides, pressing gently to form a compact, even base layer.
2️⃣ Add the Peanut Butter Layer:

Spread the peanut butter generously over the date layer.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts for extra crunch.
3️⃣ Melt the Chocolate:

Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler (or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring in between).
4️⃣ Coat and Finish:

Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
Sprinkle sea salt for extra flavor (optional).
5️⃣ Chill and Serve:

Freeze for a couple of hours until the chocolate sets.
Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!
