Here's the English translation of your blog post:
👶 Your little one is preparing a snack all by themselves! 🍏
🧁 Many moms tend to cook when their baby is occupied with their own activities, asleep, or playing. But, cooking can be transformed into a 🌈 shared activity with your child, one that promotes their development and integrates them into family life.
You can start involving your child in cooking with snacks. 🍎 It has been proven time and again that dishes, even simple snacks, that a child has prepared themselves or at least participated in preparing are eaten with greater enthusiasm, sparking an even greater interest in food.
🖼 In the photos, you'll find examples of how to set up a snack preparation area, using safe items that you can offer to your child.
👍 It looks aesthetic and clear, drawing the little one in to start the activity and prepare their snack independently.
Here are some first snacks a 2-3-year-old can help prepare:
✅ Spread bread or crackers with butter or cheese.
✅ Grate an apple.
✅ Peel and grate a carrot.
✅ Slice an apple (previously sliced into rings) using an apple slicer.
✅ Squeeze lemon or orange juice with a mechanical juicer.
✅ Remove stems and cut strawberries with a child-safe knife.
🧑 The adult's task is primarily to demonstrate how to work with the items. Explain and demonstrate step by step. Then, entrust the process to the child, observing and assisting as needed.
