Don’t think I’ve ever seen on of these before. Very cool thing, it’s hollow like a Starfire but no f holes. The binding and inlays had all shrunk so I’ve stretched and filled and polished and it’s really nice now. Good end to a rainy Friday.

Proper rock and roll emergency today. Beautiful 1960 Gibson Everly (with super rare factory pickup) that needs a fret dress and setup and delivering to Abbey Road for Richie Sambora to use this afternoon. Done my bit and it’s been collected. Really glad I don’t have to drive it across London this afternoon!

Old Gretschs can need quite a bit of love, stuff comes loose, stuff moves, stuff just plain stops working. This beautiful White Falcon bass has needed more love than most but it’s turned out really nicely.

Nice things this week. A very nice 59 bassman Craig’s tidied up and serviced. In good order for a 61 year old amp!
