SHE MOVED AWAY — BUT CAME BACK TO ECT

This customer had moved away from the area and did not feel comfortable leaving her OnePlus 12 with an unfamiliar repair shop.

Run over - but not beyond repair.

This Motorola Moto E arrived with severe screen damage, coloured lines, black patches and a badly distorted display after the phone had been run over.

We fitted a new screen, tested the phone and had it working again in approximately one hour.

Before replacing a damaged phone, ask ECT Chingford whether it can be repaired.

From 74% battery health back to 100%.

This iPhone 14 Pro Max was no longer lasting through the day. A battery check showed just 74% maximum capacity and a significantly degraded battery warning.

We installed a new genuine Apple battery, completed the parts configuration and tested the phone. The result was 100% battery health and one very happy customer.

Sometimes the most important part of selling a phone is taking the time to listen.

A holiday deadline and one very damaged iPad.

This iPad 8th generation belonged to a customer's daughter. The screen was badly shattered, the home button was not working and the family needed it back within one hour before going on holiday.

We replaced the screen, repaired the home button and tested the iPad within the requested timeframe. The customer was happy - and their daughter was even happier to have her iPad working again for the journey.
