IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL MEMBERS

I'm sure you have seen the stories in the news regarding the current climate, the rises in cost of living and unfortunately that has severely impacted the hobby.

You may have noticed that the quality and contents of Model Box for the past few months has not met the previous standard of Model Box content, that was because I had decided to try balance the box out so that I might not need to increase prices for customers but that proved to only bring down the quality that I pride myself of promising through Model Box

For the first time in 6 years Model Box will be needing to raise the price of the Monthly and Annual subscription plans to try and keep in line with the current price rises across the industry.

The plans will both have an increase of £3.00 from the 1st of August with the annual box becoming £24.99 a month and the monthly box becoming £27.99 a month. I will also need to raise the cost of shipping for these boxes due to increasing price rises from Royal Mail so our UK customers will see an increase in shipping becoming £5.99 per box and international customers seeing a rise with international shipping becoming £13.99 per box

The good news is, with the price changes in place, the quality of the boxes will return to the Model Box you all know and love and members will get the guarantee of quality we are all used to from Model Box.

what do you need to do now?
Nothing, if you are happy to continue your subscription then you won't need to do anything, if however, you do not wish to continue the subscription with the new price plan then you should cancel your subscription by the 28th July to avoid being charged on the 30th for August's box.
If you are one of the members who has a subscription that pays upfront for 3 or 12 months (this is an older subscription plan) your plan will be changed to the monthly payments, if you do not wish to pay monthly and wish to cancel please contact me.

I'd also like to take the time to thank all our members for the support they have given Model Box through the years and I will aim to keep Model Box as fresh and exciting as it was when it first started
