There you Go ! 2025 Kawasaki ZH2 SE , just finished running in and we installed a set of Downpipes along his existing Scorpion end can ! Following this , we tested the bike and we had 171BHP at the rear wheel ( SAE -J1349 - smoothing 5 ) . Following many other H2 bikes we have a wast experience with this bikes and we can certainly tune them safely without going in danger zones ! This bikes require a good understanding and knowledge! Tuning this bikes incorrectly can create a disaster! But also they can become rockets , just like this bike !

Using software , we removed ETV and ignition restrictions, tuned the fuelling to get a perfect AFR for all riding conditions and to suit the modifications of the bike and then tested the bike !
From 171BHP we ended up to 202BHP with nearly 80 BHP gain up top , which is just unreal ! And that is without supercharge gearing or intercooler !
Customer also wanted us to install our ART Magic Pops and bangs enable switch which we did so and then we mapped it to get some monstrous pops and flames with massive bangs !

Suzuki Gsx-R 1000 L1 today ! In for a complete Custom mapping session using to sort out the snatchy throttle and unlock the bike’s potential! Following this, we added a few tricks from our bucket and we added our Art Switchable Pops&Bangs option , hard cut limiter etc !
Top speed limiter obviously removed and the power gains are awesome! Customer is already over the moon !

Z900 2020 with Black Widow full system just got treated with a bit of magic using !

🏁Restrictions removed 👍
💪Ignition maps tuned 👊
⛽️Fuelling sorted from very lean to match the bike’s modifications 🫣
🎛️ Secondary throttle maps tweaked 🎉
🎇 Decceleration fuel cut disabled for a much smoother on/off throttle transition and less snatchy ride !

And to top it up the customer opted for our magic Switchable Pops&Bangs option to make a show when needed 👍

The bike feels fantastic and gained power and torque whilst offering a smoother ride !

All this , can be done in house only!

What did we do with this bike ?

-Tested the bike prior doing any work to get a reference
- We removed the bike from the dyno and installed the Race tools package to allow the rider to have modern seamless, clutchless shifting ( Up and Down )
- We installed the harness and the switch for our signature pops and bangs option
- Loaded a previously tuned map we had for this bike and then tweaked it further to get the best out of this Torque Monster !
- Ignition maps , fuel maps, etc , were all with restrictions removed and pefected for the bike
- then to top it up , we added the pops and bangs tune at the end as the customer requested.

So there you have it ! Yamaha MT10 2019 gone bonkers ! More than 10BHP at the rear wheel as gain , I’d say that’s awesome!

This lovely 2026 Suzuki GSX-S 1000 just got treated with a nice Yoshimura exhaust system which will flag up a cat efficiency fault code once fitted , and will also run pretty lean making the bike rather snatchy . But fortunately, we made sure that won’t happen and tuning the bike with Woolich Racing this bike just became a lovely bike to ride along with having a superb exhaust system ! This time no pops and no bangs just a slight burble on deceleration which also can be easily eliminated by blanking the pair valve system but the customer decided to retain the lovely burble effect ✌️. So yes , we also do normal tuning and not just pops and bangs etc . ! The fact that we post those bikes more often is because they catch on social very well but those bikes are actually a small percentage of the bikes we tune. Otherwise, the bikes we tune with pops , are also tuned in the same manner and the pops effect is just a final touch which does not affect ride ability or the bike , with a few exceptions: your exhaust packing or you neighbour perhaps ✌️. That’s also the reason why we actually make these secondary features switchable, so you can actually switch on an off as you need 👍, so you don’t become a nuisance in your neighbourhood 🤝. Anyway, following a good dyno tune , a perfect AFR , and many more , the bike will fell lovely, smooth and enjoyable!

2024 Kawasaki Ninja1000sx with a bit of a monster pop !
This gorgeous bike got a bit of a treatment with a lovely Remus exhaust system and obviously our custom tune !

There you go ! 2023 Honda CB650R just got treated with our magic touch ! Switchable Pops and bangs, custom tune for his lovely looking and sounding CS Racing exhaust and this bike just goes!

And another awesome Yamaha R6 with full Akrapovic exhaust, just came by to get a custom tune on his bike including the mighty Pops&Bangs Switch ! The Ecu was previously modified, and unfortunately in a pretty bad way using probably different tools and different map descriptions and was running pretty bad , the fuel and ignition maps were modified drastically different/cylinder , probably due to thinking that each map was for separate modes etc , anyway it was very bad and I’d say quite dangerous too ! Hence why we always say that tuning with is a totally different scenario and you’ll always change what you are supposed to and always get perfect results . Bench tuning with random infrastructures , big no no ! And we have seen quite a few ! Therefore pick a motorcycle tuning place when you want to map your bike and don’t just assume that anyone with Ecu reading and writing capabilities will do the right job ! Choose wisely ! Anyways, we obviously gained massive on this bike which was barely pulling 90bhp and with random behaviour, and we also added our signature pops and bangs show !
